We connect to a standard water hose bib, and require at least 5 gallons per minute at 60 psi.
When screw capping, there is a large head space between the wine and the cap. A micro dose of liquid nitrogen can be introduced into the headspace which instantly "off gases" eliminating harmful oxygen from your wine before the cap is applied.
It is very important that we are provided an accurate bottle diameter. Signature's bottle handling change parts must fit your bottle properly to maintain proper controls. Your bottle supplier can easily provide you with a bottle blueprint with dimensions. Or, you can simply measure the base diameter of the bottle with calipers in metric mode.
Our Impresstik, linear labelers require your labels to be wound #4, outside, off left.
